Order Confirm
Immediately after your order is placed, an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order as well as your shipping and billing details will be sent to you.Many countries have reduced flights because of COVID-19, your packages maybe take longer to deliver as normal, but we will do our best to ship your order earlier. We beg for your understanding.
Order Processing
Once your order is confirmed, your items will be prepared for shipping. Most items take 1-3 business days to be processed while some may take up to 6-10 business days. While we work hard to ensure your order is prepared for shipping as quickly as possible, some items may have longer processing time due to low product availability. In such circumstances, you will be notified by email of the delay.

Please note that Express Shipping requires a street address in English and a contact number as delivery cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses.

If you need to modify the order, it may result in the order amount not meeting the previous shipping standards / coupons usage conditions, which may result in a reduction in the refund amount.
Before modifying the order, the customer service will send you a confirmation message, and we will process the order after receiving your confirmation, so please reply as soon as possible.

Delivery
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with details about the items in the package as well as a tracking number and a link to the shipping company website. To track your package, simply click onto the link provided. You can also track the status of your shipment on your Overski user account.
Please note that sometimes it takes the shipping company some time to update the status of the shipment and your tracking link may not work immediately. In the event of any unsuccessful delivery, you will also be notified by e-mail.
If you don't receive your order, please contact us within 6 months after placing the order.
Custom Tax or Duty
Normally, customers are not assessed any additional duties or taxes via Standard Shipping. However, sometimes customers may be required to pay tariffs on their purchases. If there are any custom duties or taxes levied, we can refund 50% of the tariffs. Please keep the receipt of the payment and contact our customer service by submitting a ticket.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, Online purchases made through overski.com can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel the order, please contact us (service@overski.com) and provide your order number and state the reason.
Return/Exchange Process
Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at service@overski.com to get a return authorization and return address, stating your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: After receiving your email with the exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.
Step 3: You will receive the refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. (If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email)
Note:
1. Overski is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in return transit, you can contact shipping company for a claim.
2. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non- Overski products. We can’t refund until you contact shipping company to return to correct address or return correct products.

Bought for Norway/Iceland cruise. Love they come in petite size. Still too long for me as I'm only 5 ft, 28" inseam. These are about 30". However better than not petite. Very comfortable and pockets are deep.
I bought three pairs for my husband, my son and myself. They fit true to size however you may still want to get one size larger to give you a little more room. They were very comfortable and kept us dry and warm while we played in the snow for a couple of hours. We liked the adjustable flaps at the waist and love that we can wear a belt if we chose to. We are very pleased with the pants given the low price point. Highly recommend for those who enjoy playing in the snow occasionally. For the frequent snow birds however, perhaps a higher quality product with better durability and insulation would be preferrable.
These are great. Waterproof/windproof. I use them to walk my dog in the cold blustery winter. I found I liked it so much, I bought another.
